    Customer service is awful. The car was full of flies, dirty, and out of washer fluid. The windshield wipers hardly worked and I rented the car while it was down pouring rain the days I had it. I've contacted customer service for a refund. But nothing has changed. Poor customer service and back and fourth between myself and the rental company using the BBB. This place is a joke. I'll be taking my business to enterprise from now on!!!
